Meditation with intention

After many years of practicing meditation with intention and seeing first hand the benefits of it, I want to encourage you to give it try, meditating with intention is like having bird's eye view if your physical body, mind, and heart, is a three-way conversation with yourself about a specific topic. Is a conversation without any judgment or social filters, is just you with a clear mind and open heart to see life's experiences and events the way they're meant to be seeing. I Want to give you an example of how can you utilize this in your daily life, so can benefit from it, and you can live at you maximize potential.


One of my life regrets is that I didn't have a close relationship with father, my parents separated when I was very young and he lived in a different city, so I grow up feeling that I wasn't worthy of his love and his time.


One of my first experiences with guided meditation was about letting things go and to give your young self-love, parent unconditionally love.

So I imagine I was in my fathers' arms, looking at his eyes, feeling all his loved towards me and at that moment everything change, I was in pain, I was feeling all the feeling that I had when I was little. I feel alone, empty and angry, I knew that that wasn't the purpose of this meditation.

So I went home, lay in my backyard and Started meditating again, but this time for the purpose. The purpose of forgiveness towards my dad, I realize that his suffered too, I know he loved me and my siblings and that was hard for him not to be around us.

Also with the purpose of compassion, Compassion for my family and I.

I always wanted to have "normal" life, with a Mom and Dad. So I embrace our normal, I give my mom more credit for everything that she did for us. And most importantly with the purpose of love and Happiness, I let go all the things that hurt me and I replaced it with the feel we did everything we could and with the best intention of having a better life. It was so powerful, I got up feeling that I was floating, my heart was full of excitement and happiness.

I was Amazed, I did it. I let go and give myself loved, much love, fatherly love, motherly love, you name it. It was love all around. and it only took one Thing, Having a purpose of looking at the whole situation from a neutral perspective, not judgment, and a whole lot of love for life.
