Meditation with Intention

Meditation is one of the most important tools for a balanced happy and successful life, there is not doubt about it, but if you want to go a steep farther in you progress you should give meditation with intention a try. Why is that?

Allow you to have a direction connection with yourself in a deeper level, with a neutral prospective and without social filters* or judgement. So is Mind, Body and Heart speaking to solve a problem, Trauma, relationship or anything that has to be solve so you can move on with your life, and let go what not longer serves you, with positive resolution since you now you know what is best for you.
